Greenburgh-North Castle's Athletic Director Anthony Nicodemo was inducted into the LGBTQ Sports Hall of Fame yesterday. Please see an excerpt about the LGBTQ Sports Hall of Fame below:
"Celebrating Excellence and Legacy in Athletics. In 2013, the National Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame was established to honor exceptional members of the LGBTQ community who have made significant and lasting contributions to the world of athletics. Over the years, 49 remarkable individuals have been inducted, each celebrated for their groundbreaking achievements and their influence on sports and beyond. The last induction class was recognized in 2015, marking a historic chapter in the Hall of Fame's legacy."
