Some of our art students had a wonderful opportunity to walk to a nearby art gallery in order to both look at a local artist's work, but also they had the chance to meet with the artist and ask her questions! That is pretty cool! Maybe we'll some of these students checking the local galleries on a First Friday or Second Saturday!
Yesterday the boy's basketball team defeated Leffell 74-65 and improved to 9-8 on the season.
Chris Popotte scored 25 points and had 12 rebounds. Tayvaugn Saylor added 17 points. Roland Nkansah and Justin Bonilla eached chipped in 10 points.
The final home game of the season is next Wednesday and we will honor our senior and several staff members prior to the game.

Yesterday, two of our talented student artists went to the Katonah Museum to learn about exhibition, curation and hanging of art. They worked through the day to hang pictures for the upcoming Young Artist Exhibit.
Tomorrow our boy's basketball team will head to Peekskil and take part in their Black History Showcase. Tip-off is 12:00 against Sleepy Hollow.
Prior to the game Mr. Georges, Mr. Miller and Mr. Gray will be honored for being outstanding role models to our kids. Please come out and support the team!

Boy's hoops defeated Keio yesterday 66-52 and improved to 8-7 on the season. Chris Popotte scored 26 points and 16 rebounds in the win. Zach Knight added nine points.
