Dear Kaplan Families,
As the holiday season approaches, we are reaching out to all families in our community to offer confidential support for those who may need assistance during this time of year.
We understand that the holidays can bring extra financial pressures, and our goal is to help ensure that all of our families can experience the joy of the season.
This assistance program is designed to be completely confidential. If your family could benefit from support this year with a holiday meal or clothing needs, please complete the attached questionnaire.
All information provided will be kept strictly private and used only by the Holiday Angels team to coordinate support from our generous donors and community volunteers.
Please return the completed questionnaire to Jay Posephney by 12/12 so we can ensure timely delivery of assistance. Please note that we can keep this confidential from your child as well. You can use the Google Form attached to this email. If you are unable to access the Google Form, please see the questions below and reply back via email.
